Bryan Daniels’ hobby was homebrewing beer. Every time he had to throw out the steeped grain he says “I wished that there was something else I could use it for because it just smelled so good!” This was the accidental beginning of All Good Craft Granola Bars.
In researching ways to recycle the grain, he hit upon granola bars. The bars were so popular, Bryan quickly outgrew the supply of waste grains from his own brewing . To continue growing, he reached out to a local craft brewery that was happy to avoid wasting their spent grain.
