A veteran of the music & entertainment industry, he spent years working on both the creative and business sides of entertainment, eventually transitioning to – among other entrepreneurial pursuits – becoming a managing partner in a Public Relations firm, before leaving to launch his own marketing agency.
Fredrick now runs IconStatus, a consulting and coaching company that works with entrepreneurs and leaders to help them crush the obstacles to their goals, and helps them to hit bigger targets at light-speed. He’s also a managing partner in multi-media brand High Standardz, which recently announced a joint venture deal with Universal Music Group (UMG). In addition, he recently launched an investment firm that focuses on mergers and acquisitions.
