She said, “we do business with you because you make our problems your problem, not the other way around.”

He says you can develop good, solid long term relationships when “you can articulate the needs, desires, challenges, fears and aspirations of your customer better than they can to themselves.” But her comment wrapped that all up & tied it with a bow.
