This quote from a LinkedIn post by Jennifer Banton intrigued me because so many find it hard to find good, even in good situations.
Now Jennifer is joining the show to share her career journey, how she’s managed to turn lemons into lemonade, and how she’s built a business that reflects her own values and lifestyle.
With almost 20 years of experience in branding & packaging + roots as far down as prepress that stemmed into production, design and process development, there isn’t a phase in the CPG (consumer packaged goods) product & packaging development process that she hasn’t experienced.
Add in her curious nature with technology, hunger for consistent improvement, and desire to build authentic relationships and you have a right & left brained leader who has proven difficult in her career to give a job title to!
After many pivots throughout her life & career, Jennifer is now living a dream as a Co-founder of Lucid Studio, a branding and packaging design agency, and leads Account Strategy & Operations… amongst doing many other things. She has blended her personal values and lifestyle with the clients and work they do – on a mission to always be of benefit to people, pets, and the planet.
